- Project Description: Our team renovated the Brown Dental Clinic (BDC) bringing it up to current standards and to support (22) dental treatment chairs. The 13,187 SF Design–Build project involved design and construction management and an additional 10,000 SF of transition space to ensure daily operations of the dental clinic were not effected during the renovations. Multiple phases were required: Phase 1: Design and Construction of Transition Facility; Phase 2: Design of BDC; and Phase 3: Renovate BDC.
