Provide facility sustainment, restoration, modernization and facility Operational & Maintenance services for Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) operated by the Department of Defense and U.S. Federal Agency. Operational & Maintenance (O&M) Services at Government medical and related non–medical facilities to include medical centers, ambulatory surgical centers, hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers and clinics. Currently facilities include inpatient medical facilities, medical clinics, dental clinics, and veterinary clinics serving the eligible populations.
Design–Build, Construction, and Medical Repair and Renewal (MRR) services for medical facilities, systems, and equipment at Government medical facilities located throughout the Contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

MATOC in support of USACE–Mobile District for the U.S. Army Medical Command’s (MEDCOM) Sustainment, Restoration and Maintenance Program. Contract provides a full range of new construction and repair services with incidental design capability required for healthcare and medical research facility requirements on Army installations or on other DoD and Federal Government installations/sites.
