Quality & Safety

Quality, Environmental, Health, & Safety.

J&J’s quality and safety policy is simple—“Do every job right the first time.” The company’s commitment to improving on standard Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) programs is derived from its safety culture and evidenced through the company’s proactive approach to conducting business

J&J is accredited to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).

J&J’s diversified services support the Government military customer across departments and major commands to include the U.S. Armed Forces: Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Navy. Some of the contract vehicles we utilize are as follows:

J&J’s incorporation of ISO into all of our programs focuses on ensuring consistency and excellence in every facet of J&J. From field procedures to corporate processes, ISO creates an environment where quality goals are first evaluated and then revised to exceed customer expectations. Upon implementation, these standards are rigorously audited by J&J’s QEHS team to ensure every service bearing the J&J name exudes superior quality and dependability.

While compliance with ISO standards is impressive in and of itself, J&J’s QEHS program goes above and beyond meeting these certification requirements. Stressing quality services, stewardship of the environment and safety in the workplace, J&J’s industry-leading QEHS program includes comprehensive training for all employees, employee empowerment, and regular internal and external audits of operations.

The company’s commitment to QEHS extends from top management to each jobsite and employee. Employees develop a sense of ownership in working for a company that goes above and beyond what is required of it. This instills a sense of pride in workmanship and, in turn, translates to quality service. Customers, too, enjoy numerous benefits as a result of J&J’s commitment to QEHS, which include economic efficiencies, high workforce productivity, assured continuity of services, and preservation and protection of assets and personnel.
