J&J Worldwide Services (J&J) was founded on building lasting relationships, which are key to our past and future success.

• SBA Mentor/Protege Program - J&J is an active participant in the Small Business Administrations (SBA) Mentor/Protege Program. Having been a participant in the 8(a) Program in the early years of our company history, we understand how very important this program is to the success of small businesses. Under our SBA approved Mentor/Protege Agreements, we commit to assist our Proteges in growing their business through a Development Assistance Program, with the ultimate goal of seeing those businesses graduate from the program in a position to effectively compete in the Government services market. Since we began participating as a Mentor, we have helped numerous companies achieve their growth goals and graduate into successful independent businesses.
• Joint Ventures - J&J is also an active participant in numerous joint ventures and prime contractor/subcontractor relationships. We believe that through the partnering process, we can establish teams who provide the highest value, most comprehensive, and cost competitive solutions for our Government customers. We are always looking for new partners to team with for new opportunities.

Supplier Diversity

J&J fully supports the national program to provide opportunities for all categories of small businesses (Small Business (SB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SOB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), HUBZone (HZSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)) to participate in our prime contracts as subcontractors. In carrying out our responsibilities under the Small Business Subcontracting Program, we establish challenging subcontracting goals for our contracts and assign responsibilities to meet these goals.

• Prospective Subcontractors - J&J understands that to most effectively serve our customer, we must maintain a strong team. Accordingly, J&J takes great pride in building solid and longstanding relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers. These relationships are based upon a foundation of mutual respect and honesty. J&J is well known among subcontractors and suppliers for being a preferred contractor to work with. We invite all highly competent prospective subcontractors, regardless of trade, to complete a Subcontractor Form. We sincerely look forward to the opportunity to team with your company on future projects.
• Current Subcontractors - It is critical we have up-to-date information regarding our current subcontractors' qualifications and capabilities to ensure all subcontractors are appropriately utilized on future projects. Therefore, we request all current subcontractors complete a Subcontractor Form regularly (at least annually).
