J&J Worldwide Services, Austin, TX is awarded a firm–fixed–price contract to provide Pandemic–Related Unscheduled Work/ Corrective Maintenance (UW/CM) Services at NMCSD.

Existing COVID–19 Areas & Continuing Services: Maintain and repair as needed existing containment and monitor negative air machines and manometers to the temporary isolation rooms and associated containment for COVID–19 suspected patients and positive patients IAW UFC and TJC Standards.

Special Pandemic Areas: The NMSCD facility has established a number of areas of Building 1 as temporary pandemic treatment areas that are configured for isolation, including negative airflow use Negative Airflow Machines/Scrubbers (NAMS).
